2.2 Platform Integrity

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

dat365 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the platform. 5.2 Game Outcomes

5.3 Maximum Liability

6. Governing Law, Disputes & Contact

6.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the dat365 platform shall first be referred to dat365's internal dispute resolution process as described in Section 6.2 below.

6.2 Dispute Resolution Process

These Terms, together with the dat365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and dat365 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
